Sep 22, 2013 1:43 PM in response to rrenettaby randers4,Are you sure you are trying to delete them from your My Photo Stream Album? If you are in this album, as soon as you tap Select, the icons at the bottom (or top left on an iPad) change to the share icon, "Add To" and the trash can icon.

Sep 22, 2013 2:30 PM in response to rrenettaby randers4,That sounds like an album that was synced to your device from your computer using iTunes, and the name of the album (or folder) on your computer is "Photo Stream". Those photos can only be removed by deselecting them on the Photos tab of your iTunes sync settings and syncing.
Your photo stream album is called "My Photo Stream".

Sep 22, 2013 2:33 PM in response to randers4by rrenetta,I never created an album "Photo stream" They were the pictures which at one point I had my photo stream on and had taken photo's and then deleted them and they have not been deleted in this album. I also tried to synch my phone and computer and nothing has changed.

Sep 22, 2013 3:11 PM in response to rrenettaby randers4,I was just typing this when you replied. What happened is that your PC created a folder called "Photo Stream" automatically when you enabled photo stream on it, possibly on a different PC. This would have been inside your My Pictures folder. At some point you must have synced it to your device, where it was then stranded. Syncing My Pictures again would then delete them.
