Found it. Open a picture. The icon is there. Touch it then iPad is mirrored on appletv.

In the AirPort Extreme, You have to;

1)edit
2)select advanced
3)select dhcp and nat. They have to be turn off ( bridge mode) .

That allow me to airplay my iPad on my Apple TV. I don't know if it's good or bad for my network, but for now everything works. Let me know your thoughts...
