i was updating my Iphone & Ipad with the new ios7 & an error came now both my Ipad & Iphone 4 are not updating both thescreen are black with the apple sign what i do now.

yes both my iphone & ipad
only one can be updated at a time.
try seeing if itunes see the ONE device and installs the ios 7
