Q: upgrade storage

i am trying to upgrade my storage before the free storage expires, i am following the instrustions to go to system preference and select the icloud icon but i dont seem to have one, can anyone advise. Many thanks

    You need Lion 10.7.5 to access iCloud. What is your operating system? If you have Snow Leopard you don't have the iCloud Preference pane and will be unable to take action to purchase the extra storage. Snow Leopard cannot access iCloud so what have you been doing up to now? Do you have an iOS device? - you can do it on that.
