Q: Not Allowing Me to Purchase Same Storage Plan

Followed all of the instructions exactly to purchase my current storage plan (20GB), but it is not allowing me to do so.  The "next" button is greyed out so I cannot select it.  Attempted on iMac and iOS devices and encountered same problem.  Do not want there to be a lapse in coverage on 9/30 but it is not working!

If you wish to continue your current storage level, the instructions are here:

    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5527

Scroll down to 'How do I purchase my current plan?' and expand the section applicable to your computer or device.

    Hi Roger,

Thanks for the suggestion.  Unfortunately those are the instructions I followed, to no avail.  I am wondering now if it's not allowing me to select my current plan because it's already planning on continuing with it on 9/30.

Have you already purchased addiional storage at any time in the last year? - if so that will have over-ridden the free storage which will have been terminated at that time and replaced by the paid-for storage.

If you didn't do this, and are still using the free storage, are you sure you are following the correct instructions - there is no 'Next' button as far as I can see:

    1. Choose Apple () menu > System Preferences, then click the iCloud icon.
    2. Click the Manage button.
    3. Click Change Storage Plan.
    4. Click Downgrade Options.
    5. Enter your Apple ID password, then click Manage.
    6. Choose your current plan, then click Done.

If it's still not working you will have to contact Support: iTunes Store support is probably the best bet - go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; select 'iTunes', and then 'iTunes Store'.
