Q: my current iCloud storage plan is due to expire at the end of the month

- I see how to upgrade or downgrade but not keep it the same/renew...any suggestions? I am not getting the "next" prompt to proceed with renewal

Scroll down to 'How do I purchase my current plan?' and expand the section applicable to your computer or device.

thanks - that's what I was doing and it still is not highlighting "done" as long as I don't click something other than current plan...so I ended up downgrading and then will buy more if needed. thanks again
