iOS 7 Push for Exchange Not Working

I recently set up my work email on a 5s and want to Push email to my phone. On my work desktop I have several email folders with rules. However, only the Inbox folder will Push new messages. When I go to the Fetch New Data setting to choose which folders to Push none of the folders I select get saved. Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround? Any input is appreciated. Thanks
