Q: The icloud storage, change and downgrade problems

The icloud storage, change and down grade option screens Show a Locked Lock in upper right hand corner and will not accept a change. After a selection the buttons never changes highligts and the only button available is cancel. Help would be appreciated I don't want to pay for unneaded storage come Sept 30.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

    Are you an ex-MobileMe subscriber who has had free additional storage since last year? This will expire on September 30th; if you don't want to retain it you need take no action as it will automatically be cancelled. Only if you wanted to pay to continue having it would you need to do anything.

    I am and ex-MobileMe subscriber. But I do want to keep it just downgrade it to th 10 option instead of 20. I guess I could let it expire and try to redo at the 10. I didn't want them to hit my card with the 20GB  fee. And I did't understand why the Locked Lock and how to undo it. Or is it a time thing and its not due yet. What do you think?
