Sep 27, 2013 5:10 PM in response to Alex Ieongby Matthew Parrish,Same issue on Windows 7 64-bit. Problem started with upgrade from CP 2.x to 3.0. Shared streams are fine but main "My Photo Stream" folder never populates with new pictures on iOS device(s).

Sep 28, 2013 9:36 AM in response to Matthew Parrishby tinkererguy,Similar issue reported Sep 12 2013 here:

It does appear related to upgrading from earlier Control Panel versions.
Still haven't figured out a fix.

Sep 28, 2013 4:03 PM in response to Alex Ieongby Alex Ieong,I tried to figure out how to resolve this problem again but strangely My Photo Stream is back when I signed in again.
It's strange this time, I remember that we're required to choose the iCloud Photo folder when we sign out and in again, but it doesn't ask me and configured already.
Stay tuned

Sep 28, 2013 4:48 PM in response to Alex Ieongby Alex Ieong,It seems enable "Photos" with default directory and it will works? I tried serveral times and it seems true. Anybody try? Sign out completely and sign in, enable Photos and DO NOT change the iCloud photo location directory and just use the default one.

Sep 28, 2013 5:21 PM in response to Alex Ieongby LukeLT,The derectory change shall not cause this issue. I upgrade to win8.1 and the CP 3.0 had worked well for more than 1 week. It stopped working 3 days ago and I cannot recover it even I reinstall the CP. It will notify me that there is 1 item with unsupported format that cannot be synced.

Sep 28, 2013 6:02 PM in response to LukeLTby Alex Ieong,I got this "1 item with unsupported format" as well when I changed to another directory for sync.
Anyway, it's buggy.
