Never. This is a user-based community and we all volunteer our time and expertise.

Sep 25, 2013 9:16 AM in response to S. Sinclairby TaffyBirch,this may be a temporary fix. i am not sure what mail program you were using (i am using outlook for Mac) and was having the same problem.
i did a number of things:
1. unlocked the image before sending by choosing command "i"
2. i changed the extension from lower case jpg to JPG
3. i embedded the image in my email instead of attaching it.
I personally think it was #3.

First verify you have turned on "Load remote images"
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Load Remote Images
If on- Try turning it off and on again.
Restart phone if necessary.

Nov 17, 2013 7:15 PM in response to S. Sinclairby jayws,some dont attachments dont even show up but some do which is really weird. i have 7.0.4. it began with 7. i have a ipod touch 4, tried updating to 7 wouldnt go so i still have 6.1.3 and all my attachment show up perfectly
