Q: Easily turn find iphone app off under privacy and icloud

System problem-If someone stole my phone they can go into settings/icloud/find my iphone and slide it from on to off which has the app unable to use the location device to find phone. I tested it when i unclick on to off under settings/icloud/findiphone with slide on off bar then log into my find iphone app it CAN NOT FIND IT. But when i go back and turn slide on what do ya know found it. I already have it where apps are unable to be deleted so the theif cant take find phone app off but with the new upgrade any thief just change slide bar from on to off and get to it with no password easily!! We need this fixed! I have it restricted in settings but not to mention i can turn it off under settings/privacy/location services/ turn off find phone!!!! Thats TWO NEW WAYS to get around the find my iphone app!!!

iPhone 4S, iOS 7

Then something is wrong.  When I try to turn off Find My iPhone I am immediately prompted to provide my iCloud password or it will not turn off.  You may need to restore your phone.

I like that idea i will re do that tonight. I just couldnt believe the huge bug in system if i havent hooked up to computer after they sent out 7. Im betting theres a ton of people who may only have a phone and no computer to hook up to on a regular basis also, or just dont upgrade like me.
