Q: 3g is not working properly

hello,

I have iphone 4 32 GB,when i using the iphone,it's not working 3g,some time income call is not working,i dont konw what's what's happening.plese help me for the repeair my phone,thank you

Basics from the manual are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new.

start by making sure your iphone is showing the correct time and date. Also update iTunes to latest version if haven't done so already. Disable your firewall and anti-virus, restart iTunes, give that a go and let me know.
