Q: Cannot use Airplay on iPad2 after upgrading to iOS7
I have updated to iOS7 on my iPad2 and cannot connect to the Apple TV via Airplay. The Apple TV has software version 5.3(6105) and when I checked "Update Software" under "Settings/General" on my Apple TV, it returned with "Your Apple TV is up to date". I am located in Kong Kong. Any way that I can upgrade my Apple TV to version 6 or use Airplay on my iPad2 (with iOS7) without upgrading the software on my IPad2? The Airplay button cannot be found anywhere including the new control centre. It was working just fine before I upgraded to iOS7. Thanks!
AppleTV 2, iOS 7

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Apple TV software v 6.0 is temporarily unavailable, you should try again later.
Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
- Check AirPlay is turned on on the Apple TV (turn it off and on if it already is)
- Check that both devices are on the same network (Settings > Wifi, on the mobile device and Settings > General > Network, on the Apple TV).
- Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
- Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
- Restart your router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
- Restart your mobile device.
