Son's ipad it's out.
he has tried to update to IOS7 throuht WIFI, and I don't what has he done, but Ipad asks to conect to itunes, we connect ipad to itunes, try to restore but I receive error 4013 and the rei sno way to do anything.
Any suggestions?

Error 4013 does not appear to be documented.
Are you sure it is 4013?
