    Good news.

Now, to make sure the iOS devices are picking up the changes disable iTM on the device, launch the Music app and let the content clear out. Delete all downloaded music from the device by going to Settings > General > Usage, tap Music (you may have to scroll down), swipe across "all music" and tap DELETE. Now re-enable iTM on the device.

I have found a simple fix if you are using Apple TV  that doesn't require deleting or re-importing all of your music.  Ready?

I've been mad for months too.

Under Settings , General, then Parental Control, (you will need to make a password to turn it on) turn on Parental settings, then under each subcategory select the option "no" for restricting movies and tv shows and under Explicit Music & Podcasts, check "allow".  Then go back out and turn the parental controls off again.  Turn Apple TV off and back on again.  Your music should now be unedited and cussing up a storm making you happy again.

Unfortunately it's seems there are still issues with iTunes identifying explicit versions... I was very excited by recent news that deleting songs from iTunes and redownloading would work and for me it did for the first few songs but then I came across an entire album that did not work... Hopefully a fuller solution is in the works.

I recently purchased eminems new album, explicit deluxe version. When I got home i put it into itunes to put it onto my iPod but once it imported it became censored. I even tried deleting it and re installing it but it's still censored. Can someone help me with my situation?

Check your parental settings in iTunes and on Apple TV if you use iTunes Match. You will need to check allow for explicit content. Restart all of your devices then you should be golden

Delete the album from the iTunes library and the cloud and re-download it from your purchase history: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519. First make sure you are in a country that allows for re-downloading of purchases.
