Xcode 3.2.6 may be on a set of older OS X install discs - if you have any, check there.

Sep 29, 2013 8:06 PM in response to BabaGby BabaG,well, thanks for the replies but the developer links all seem to lead me back to the account login which, once logged in, just shows me my account info. i do have install disks but they have 3.1 and i need 3.2.6. sigh. i guess i have to assume that the formerly free old stuff is now paid. any other leads much appreciated.
thanks again,
BabaG

Sep 29, 2013 8:13 PM in response to BabaGby red_menace,Xcode 3.2.6 is still available in the Developer Downloads, and I can still access it with the free registration. You might try clearing caches and cookies.

Sep 29, 2013 9:57 PM in response to BabaGby BabaG,thanks red menace but i just tried clearing cache and cookies and same thing except this time it took me to a screen that just had an apple logo and the word 'developer' with a login. after logging in there i was redirected to the same old account login i've been seeing. when i log in there it just shows me my account info and doesn't take me anywhere where i'd been trying to get to or show me any links to the xcode downloads.
tried the same thing with safari as i usually use firefox but it did exactly the same thing. this is extremely irritating.
