Iam trying to install 10.4.1 osx in my macbook 2.1.During installation in the middle it is showing kernel error"you need to restart your computer" .

What could be the issue? I tried disk utility , Apple hardware test, safe mode,Cleaning pram etc but its not working .I checked the source disk it is perfect.

From my past two years i was using the same os but after formating when i try to install the above error is happening.
