What is the latest. most recent year and model of Mac Pro which will still run Leopard, 10.5.8?  I'm upgrading to a used Mac Pro from my Powermac Quad and I want to still be able to work on projects in FCP6 which won't run on anything above Leopard..

That would be the Mac Pro 4,1 model released in 2009. I would add that if you are buying one, that model is superior to the previous 2008 model and allows much larger and cheaper memories.
