Q: i get every day a warning signal from iCloud

hi there, i have paid 25 GB of storage but still i get every day a mail from iCloud that i have only 5 GB. my iCloud storage shows i have 19 GB of 25 GB available.what should i have to do still?

iMac, iOS 7.0.2

    it works now.

    i thought i have paid already as they were asking at the time my visa's details........
