If you are unhapy with your phone and have exchanged it twice I suggest you go back again if they will not exchange it ask for a refund if you are not happy. Then order a new one, maybe you will be lucky. There really is not much else to say. I imagine Apple will do something about this but since we are not Apple no one here knows.

I've had it replaced for the third time now, i. e. I have my fourth phone within 10 days. Still this annoying rattle. I think I will simply continue my exchanges until I will eventually catch a good one from a new batch... This is so annoying.
