Q: correctly localized for language?

When I try to open itunes, it says "this version of iTunes has not been correctly localized for this language. Please run the English version." How do I do that?

i am on OSX 10.8.5. Re-installing itunes 11.0.5 solved my problem

I just went into computer (windows 7), went into uninstall program, right click on the Itunes icon and click "repair," and it worked. I can open Itunes!! ( instructed by somebody else's suggestion.)
