Q: -50 Error

my one daughters has an ipod touch, the other has an iPad, I have a macbook pro.

The one with the iPad has just started to get a -50 error this evening, cant connect to itunes when she is trying to download an app.

she has not updated to iso7 yet as she needs to free up some storage to download it.

my other daughter with the ipod touch is fine, updated and down loading apps ok.

Now I can normally log out of my itunes account on my MBP, and log into either one of thiers if I need to on my MBP just to check itunes ballances etc.

but since the iPad has started to get the -50 error on it, (this evening)

when trying to log in her account on my MBP, I am getting the same -50 error on just her account, and cant log into her account, I can log into mine fine, and my other daughters.

any ideas ?

I could reset the iPad, but shouldnt it still work from my MBP ?

there has never been any problems before, could it be her itunes account messed up somehow, or, is the fact she has not updated to ios7 be the problem, and if so, whould this effect me not being able to log into her account from my MBP ?

iPod touch

    cheerds Clyde.

I can understand following all that on her iPad, but why cant I then still not log into her account from my MBP getting the same error as I say, only when trying her account, either from her iPad of my MBP.

I can log into my other daughters account as usual and mine, I have just tried logging into the one daughters account (the one with the ipad) from my other daughters iPod touch, but still get the error, so trying to log in to the one account from three different devices still getting the error,

so it cant be the one device (the iPad) and the settings on it, it was all working fine last sunday.

we dont have a combined firewall etc etc

the one account not working from three seperate devices seems a bit odd.

    EDIT:

bit strange, it just started all working fine, no problems.

cheers clyde for taking the time to reply to my question any way.

I am getting the same error as well. Attempted to download something on iPad, and it said it couldn't access the store. Then I tried to just access my iTunes account from my MacBook Pro and got the same error.
