Q: i paid and increased my icloud storage on my mac air, but my iPhone keeps sending me messages of not enough icloud storage. please advise

Hi there,

I paid for additional icloud storage on my mac air, now my iphone continues to send "not enough storage icloud" messages.

How do I get the two to line up?

    Reset the device:

     

    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

    If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings

    No data is lost due to a reset.

    See if the message has disappeared.
