Q: How can automatic purchase be cancelled if the app is not needed anymore?

Hi, really needed help on cancelling an automatic charge payment of an app not needed anymore. Any ideas please?

Do you mean that it's an auto-renewing subscription ? If you do then there are instructions on this page for managing and stopping them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098
