Seems the PSY is having problems, but....
Try reseatimg all PSU connections to the logic board.
Long shot, but...
Might be time to replace the PRAM Battery, 4 years is close to their lifespan, far less if ever without AC power, & can cause strange startup problems...
See which one your G5 has...

I replaced battery first , and then RAM , and 3) put out card which I installed. 4) installed a videocard which pull out from other working mac. I did them all but it wouldnot work . now I post here ask you for helping.
I bought the battery that is new from store two day ago. The battery only 3.46v , 600mA. I will go to store and change it.
BDAqua, what next shot I will do?

Hi again, not certain, but are you checking those while the PSU is connected to the G5's logic board? Might make a difference.
If it is a bad PSU, there are three different wattages...

Yes, I did it while the PSU was connected to logic board which was disconnected RAM , CPU and anythings.
GRN( case ) / pinout all are 3.1v. Pushed power button and nothings ware happen. Is there a power relay on PSU board? look like the kind of relay is not work, I guess.
