    Hello & welcome Sameh,

Bootup holding CMD+r, or the Option/alt key to boot from the Restore partition & use Disk Utility from there to Repair the Disk, then Repair Permissions.

If that doesn't help Reinstall the OS.

    Does it boot that way?

Is the power button flashing, or are there any beeps?

The following table lists the new tones and their meaning:

    Tone(s)    Description

1 tone, a 5-second pause, repeat    No RAM installed

3 successive tones, a 5-second pause, 3 successive tones    RAM does not pass data integrity check

1 long tone when holding down the power button    Firmware upgrade in process. See About firmware updates for Intel-based Macs for more details.

3 long tones, 3 short tones, 3 long tones    Firmware restoration from CD in process. See About the Firmware Restoration CD (Intel-based Macs) for more details.

You are doing pretty good with your English, but I am having some difficulty understanding... what is your native language?

If you don't know the model, find the Serial# & use it on one of these sites, but don't post the Serial# here...

OK, good luck, hoping to hear back from you!

Sounds like things are tough enough in Syria right now without computer problems!

I & others that respond here are just other Mac users like yourself, trying to help others when we can, so I have no control of your AppleID.

I don't understand, is there a sequence to these tones when you try to start?

It sounds a little bit like the RAM/Memory may be bad.

If it crashed doing a Firmware update, only Apple or an AASP can fix it I think...
