Q: IP address conflict when using two AirPort Expresses

Hi, I'm having a super annoying issue when using an AirPort Express to extend the network from another AirPort express. When I take my laptop (a Windows 7 PC) from one area of the house (using one AirPort) to another (using another AirPort) and try to get online, I get an error message that I have an IP address conflict. Then it fixes itself 20 minutes to a day later.

What could I change in my configuration page for the AirPort Express(es) to fix this?

AirPort Express, Windows 7

Are these two AirPort Express base station the only routers in your current network configuration? What are the model number for each of them? What is the make & model of your Internet modem?

For reference, the following Apple Support article provides a step-by-step on how to configure an extended network with AirPort base stations. I would suggest that you review it to see if anything was missed when you configured yours.
