Q: Problem with airdrop

I have 1 iphone 5s and 1 ipod touch gen 5. Whenever I use airdrop to send a file from ipod to iphone, I can not send any file backward from iphone to ipod. I alr restart but the same problem happen. I only can send file from 1 way. If I want to send reverse way, I have to restart my devices.

    As a way to see if this is a bug or an isolated problem for you. Perhaps transfer the one direction. Then, before transferring back swipe up the ontrol panel from the bottom, turn off bluetooth, on both devices, then turn it back on and try.

     

    Have you tried resetting iPhone.

    hold Sleep/Wake button + Home button for 15 Seconds until you see the Apple logo.

    Maybe the problem is the network. On the next day, I use another internet connection then everything is ok again. Anw, thanks a lot
