I am attempting to restore a backup onto a refurbished 16GB 4S we received from the Apple Store today on a warranty claim. I hooked the new device up to the computer with the bakup and attempted to restore it. It went through the process and synced as well but no phone contacts, calendar info, email or anything else is present on the new device. I attempted to restore again and it told me there was not enough space (there is currently 5.58 Gb free) to do so. Should I reset and try again? Any ideas?
