Oct 2, 2013 5:41 PM in response to amaninspiredby amaninspired,I may have resolved this on my iOS devices. I accessed iCloud in settings, switched off Reminders and told it to delete all reminders on iPad/iPhone. I then exited settings and manually shut down Reminders, before going back into settings and swithcing iCloud Reminders back on. I did this on one device at a time, and they seem to be running without glitches now.
Now, if only I could figure out why my iPhone seems to fail to find itself on wi-fi...and why my iPad doesn't seem to want to transmit its location in "Find my..."!

Oct 3, 2013 6:26 AM in response to Rezachiby word2u,Reminders not syncing here on my end! I have to turn them off in the settings, on both iPad 3 and iPhone 5 for them to update! Need a means to force a sync! Apple, are you listening?

Oct 5, 2013 5:50 PM in response to Rezachiby sidbio,So I went to the Genius Bar about this issue and here's what they told me to try:
- Turn off reminders in iCloud (by going into Settings, iCloud and turning them off there) and delete them from the iDevice, when the pop-up comes up; then go to General, Reset, Reset all settings.
- Once you log back in, turn Reminders back on (in Settings, iCloud) and go into your Reminders app; wait for all your reminders to download to your iDevice before performing the same steps for your other iDevice(s).
- Repeat the above two steps for your other iDevice(s).
- Test it out by creating a reminder on one iDevice and see if it syncs to the other iDevice(s).
NOTE: If this doesn't work, then do a factory reset (dfu restore); the steps can be found here.
The rep explained that something didn't update properly when I updated both my iPhone 4S and iPad 2 to iOS 7 and doing a reset (or factory reset) fixes the problem. The rep said that it's definitely a software issue, not a hardware one, and that she's seen it happen to a few others and the reset/factory reset did the trick.
That said, I did the Reset All Settings only on my iPhone 4S and it did the trick and everything (iPhone, iPad 2 and Macbook Air 2013) updated within seconds and it refreshed/sync'd automatically on all devices. Then, later in the day, for whatever reason it wasn't syncing again (and iCloud system status showed all systems were up and running) and so I did the Reset All Settings for the iPad 2; for good measure, I performed a similar process for the Macbook Air (going into System Preferences, iCloud and turned off Calendars & Reminders, rebooting the Air, logging back in and rechecking that option) and so far, everything seems to be working well. I'm going to monitor this for the next few days and see how it goes - I'm hoping I won't have to do a factory reset.

Oct 6, 2013 3:55 PM in response to sidbioby AnnieTune5,Thank you for sharing this. So far this has mostly worked for me between my iPad and iPhone. I still have issues with the sync being rather slow between iOS devices and my desktop OS X, but it does eventually sync on its own. I'll check back in if that changes for the better or worse.

Oct 7, 2013 12:29 PM in response to Rezachiby Siferra98,I have tried everything that is written here.
Macbook Pro and Iphone 4 are all on the newest Software. Since the Iphone Update no Sync either way for Calender and Reminders. Changes on Phone do not show up on Macbook and changes on Macbook do not show up on phone.
This worked perfectly fine and quick before.
Any more ideas??

Oct 7, 2013 1:58 PM in response to Rezachiby Tic_Tac,So I did the Reset All settings twice. Both times, it started working ok for a few hours, then back to no sync on my iPhone unless I create or edit a reminder (to trigger a refresh).

Oct 7, 2013 6:32 PM in response to Rezachiby jonathan1412,I had the same syncing problem with Reminders through iCloud, but I was able to fix it using Sidbio's suggestions.
However, I did NOT have to reset all settings on the device. Turning off Reminders in iCloud, deleting all reminders on my decive, then turning Reminders back on was enough to fix it for me.
If you run into this problem. Try turning Reminders off and on by itself first. If it works, it will save you the hassle of loosing all your settings.

Oct 7, 2013 8:58 PM in response to sidbioby word2u,Did as suggested, and it worked for a short time...but now, abotu 6-8 hours later, when I typed something into reminders on the web, it still has not shown up on the iphone...and this is after doing the reset. The only way I am getting everything through is by turning off reminders, deleteing everything, then turning reminders back on...that seems to be the only way to sync on the fly! NEED HELP APPLE...there is a problem here that needs attention! Anyone else out there with this same issue???

Oct 9, 2013 6:43 AM in response to sidbioby sidbio,UPDATE:
A couple of days after I did the Reset All Settings option (back on Saturday), I found that things reverted to how they once were, i.e., not syncing immediately/taking forever to sync, leading me to make a change in one of my tasks to force a sync/refresh. As of last night, I had about 66 reminders in total, spread across ~10 lists and decided (not as an attempt to fix the sync issue) to reduce the number of lists that I had (it was just too many); so, I ended up reducing the number of lists to 3 and now have about 55 reminders in total. That said, ever since earlier this morning, I've been able to sync without any hitches across all my devices: iPhone 4S, iPad 2 and Macbook Air (2013, running Mountain Lion). I've done several tests and so far and it seems to be working great - I even noticed that if I updated a task on one of my devices (i.e., iPhone) while the others were in sleep mode, and then turned on my iPad, the task would already be updated, which was impressive.
Should the number of lists that one has matter? No, it shouldn't and it's challenging to determine if that was causing the sync issue OR if Apple did something within the past half day or so on their end (i.e., updated iCloud, at some level) to address the issue.
I'm not getting my hopes up just yet - as some of us experienced, including myself, when we did the Reset All Settings option, it didn't last too long. I'll continue to monitor over the next few days. Also, I'm likely not going to factory reset my iDevices until after (if need be) iOS 7.0.3 and 7.1 are released, within the next couple of weeks/months (as the rumour mill goes), in case this addresses the issue permanently.

Oct 9, 2013 2:13 PM in response to Rezachiby Livebox,For me it seems to be:
- Double-tap home button.
- Swipe Calendar and Reminders off (or just swipe everything off).
- Wait 10 seconds.
- Open Clock!
- Open Calendar and wait for refresh.
- Open Reminders with bated breath.
I think this is the process but don't hold me to it.
Whatever the case it is pants and I will let Apple know here:
