Go to iCloud.com and click on mail. Then you can delete multiple messages quickly. All you have to do is hold your shift key and your up or down arrow keys to select multiple messages. If you have important ones, you can select up to those ones and delete the junk.
Or, you can buy iCloud storage. Which is 20 bucks for 10 gigabytes.

I will try what you suggested. I did buy more iCloud storage by the way, but I still kept getting that "Quota Message Reached."
I just don't understand why I can't choose NOT to have Mac Mail on my iPhone and instead have it ONLY on my Mac Book.

Better way for me is to click on Subject and delete all messages from a single Sender that I am not need.
However, I STILL need a better way to do this then spend all this time deleting messages.
