Q: Why won't Calendars sync?

Hi,

The OSX Calendar app won't sync my iCloud and Google calendars: if I create a new event in the OSX Calendar, that event doesn't appear in Google Calendar, or in iCloud.

However, if I create or modify an event on my phone, at www.google.com/calendar, or at icloud.com, those new events and changes DO appear in OSX's Calendar. Just not the other way around...changes made via Calendar don't get sent out.

I've recently trashed my Calendar prefs, toggled the Calendars on and off in OSX settings, and made sure that my Google calendar is set to refresh every minute in OSX, but the problem remains. These problems have only started since updating to iOS7, but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it...
