is iphone 5c and 5s available sim free?

    No.  Not really.  Even if you use a CDMA phone (Sprint or Verizon), there is still a sim card for LTE, as well as for "World Mode" - Meaning if you travel overseas, you can get a local providers Sim card and use the device that way.

    Only if you use CDMA exclusively.

    Lots of countries sell unlocked phones without sim cards, but this is different fom sim free.  If you buy a sim free phone it will lock to the first sim card that you put in the phone and then you have to get it unlocked.  However, if you buy unlocked, the phone will not lock at all and will remain unlocked.
