Oct 9, 2013 10:52 AM in response to sanjampetby jodmcc1,Thanks for the help. Why would I be able to connect to the iTunes and App stores, but not the internet through the browser, since I thought both of the 2 stores were on the Internet?

Oct 9, 2013 12:34 PM in response to sanjampetby jodmcc1,Have rebooted router/modem/gateway. Tried Chrome: www.google.com = No Data Received. Tried Firefox: www.google.com = The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. Tried Safari: www.google.com = Safari can't open the page "http://www.google.com/" because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection. All lights on router/modem/gateway are green. Checked System Prefs and ran Diagnostics and came back ok.
