No one can help on that little information. There are probably a dozen or more possible reasons email isn't working.
Has it ever worked?
How did you set it up?
Did you follow the instructions for iPhones on your email provider's web site?
Who is your email provider (DO NOT post your email address in this public forum)?

Yes it work. I updated to the new IOS 7.0.2
I setup exactly as it was before.
I looked over the iNternet and in the Apple communities and did everything they said.
I received and are able to send the icloud emails.

see if you can log onto the email providers site via safari on your ios. if it works here you have to get the settings from provider and fill in info. maybe check app store to see if your email provider has an app.
