Q: I cannot download a preorder I made on itunes..?

I preordered BANGERZ by miley cyrus about a month ago and it wont let me download it. It is not in my library and it just says "purchased" next to the song and by the ablum title. I really want to listen to it and I dont want to buy it again. Please help!

Hello bethany101

You should get an email that your Pre-order is ready to be downloaded. If you have not received it yet, the report the issue to the iTunes Store.
