Q: I need a refund on the app.

I need refund on couple apps been getting nothing but run around on the iPad so if anyone can give me the direct number that would be great!

    As far as Apple is concerned, all sales are final. The iTunes app store is not a buy, try and return situation.

     

    However users report that Apple sometimes gives a one time per account refund. You need decide which one of these apps you wish to use as for your possible one time refund. There is no telephone number to speak with iTunes. It has to be done electronically. You normally receive a E-mail receipt purchases within 24 to 48 hours after the purchase. Use the Report a Problem link on the receipt to begin a conversation with Apple requesting a refund.
