However users report that Apple sometimes gives a one time per account refund. You need decide which one of these apps you wish to use as for your possible one time refund. There is no telephone number to speak with iTunes. It has to be done electronically. You normally receive a E-mail receipt purchases within 24 to 48 hours after the purchase. Use the Report a Problem link on the receipt to begin a conversation with Apple requesting a refund.
