Because it doesn't stop declining cards ..... Any real suggestions would be nice I can read the support pages till I'm blind and nothing I put in works and I have money apple won't let me use it??

Then write a specific question of your own instead of tagging onto yet another old thread.    It would also be helpful to us all if you would complete your profile and hint at your location.   Some questions require answers that relate to the machine being used and your location.   In your case you may be trying to use a debit card in a location that does not allow one.
