Oct 11, 2013 8:48 AM in response to WJB2409by turingtest2,Perphas you need to restore an older version of the library file, either from the Previous iTunes Libraries folder or from Time Machine if you use it. Try comparing the file sizes of the files you have available to you. Offhand I'm not sure how OS X treats files extensions but if they're hidden you need to make sure you're not creating a file called iTunes Library.itl.itl as that won't work.

Ive ensured the extension is correct.
Ive tried earlier files but this has not worked either.
