Q: I pre ordered an album it showed up in my library but not as purchased. then when i go to the store it says i purchased it. I checked availaible dowloads and it says there nothing to download and that i already have it even though it dont.

yeah i don't know what else to do.i already updated my itunes and authorized the computer.
