Q: Limited Internet Access via Hotspot with new iOS 7

Since I updated my phone to iOS 7, I cannot connect to the internet on my laptop using hotspot anymore.. I'm always having limited internet access.. I have been using hotspot for month now, and I never had such an inconvenience before the new iOS version.

    I have the same problem.  In Windows, the hotspot connection appears as a Public Network location and Windows will not allow me to change it.  I tried it on two laptops with the same behavior.  I deleted the network location in Windows.  I changed the name of my iPhone.  Nothing seems to fix the issue.

    Same problem here! (limited internet Access). It was working fine on iOS6. But iOS7 shows as limited internet access. I wanted to finish my monthly quota on the Mobile by connecting to Windows installed laptop, but failed to do so. Finally lost some data without using it. Irritating.... Apple pls fix it.

    if u have a ( touch ) sim card go settings, cellular, cellular data network, scroll down to the PERSONAL HOTSPOT, APN write: touch
