I have contacted VUDU and followed their troubleshooting instructions, remove the app, restart the iPad, reinstall the app and then download the movie again. This did not correct the problem. The issue has been raised to their developers, but the VUDU representative insisted that others facing this problem solved it by following the steps listed above. If you have seen this issue and have successfully resolved it I would very much like to know what you did. As a side note the Flixster app is displaying the same issue.
