Q: My iOS 7 passcode have a problem

Hello Apple users,

I have still a problem on my iphone 4s passcode. My password is a word but my keyboard is a number. I don't know how to fix this problem since we have a iOS 7.0.2 i don't know how to download that using itunes. The dialog box will appear "you need to enter 1st your passcode" What will i do ? Please help me.

(sorry to my bad english)

Try to do a reset by holding the power and home button ignoring the slide to power off until the apple logo appears and try again after the phone restarts. See if this helps.
