I also received a message via email today to renew my membership. It directed me to the One to One page and prompted me to log in, which I did. There is no link in there to renew. I went into live chat with an Apple rep who told me there should be a link. I advised her there was not. She advised that I go to an Apple store which is not convenient. Apple needs to make this process simpler.

I had to go to the Apple store in Nashville = 160 miles round trip becaused the renew program did not permit on line renewal. If Apple is tthe best, what do the others look like??

I did not have to take the PC. They said that they could not do the transaction over the phone. I suggest that you take a copy of your expiring one to one contract. Our sessions on one to one have been very helpful'

I have let my one to one expire and am having no joy renewing it online. Like others here I am being told to come to my local store to renew. It is 3 days expired. I did not receive any reminder email from apple.
Not impressed for such a big company!

It looks like the problem of renewing a One to One membership on line was a problem last year and still is unresolved. I was told to phone the store I purchased my computer from. I would prefer to renew on line but that did not work so I will phone.
