Cam't delete but you can "hide" > Hide and unhide apps from your iPhone's purchased list

Unfortunately, although this hides apps when viewed from iTunes, under iOS 7 it does not hide them from the App Store on the device. Perhaps that will be corrected in a future update.

You do realize this is a user-to-user forum. You are addressing Apple. You can submit feedback here: http://www.apple.com/feedback/
But there is nothing "fair" or unfair" about it. It is simply the way it works and frankly unless you are seeking it out, what difference does it make?

I happen to be very on top of where I share my info. If at first I downloaded a bunch of apps I did not realize weren't legit lets say, I want them off my computer. It's basic freedom right like why does apple need my app history? I know it's user to user but whose gonna see it or assist me. It's upsetting this is a global nation wide corporate company which I like being a part of (customer wise) and to not have access to do as I please with my own data is in my opinion a breach of privacy/violation of my personal space.

Apple needs your app history because they maintain an account of purchases associated with your AppleID, as would any company doing business via an online account. And in fact when you create the ID you gave them permission to do so. That data isn't yours beyond your ability to access it.
If you are truly concerned about online privacy, and this is what you are worried about, you efforts a more than a little misguided.

No denying my misguided efforts... But that's a whole mother story
