Q: My preorder isn't being downloaded

2 of my preorders (Enrique Iglesias - Turn The Night Up Single and John Newman - Tribute (Deluxe)) did not download on my iPhone 5 or iTunes although i was charged for them? Can someone help with how I can triger the download fir those 2 albums manually because whenever i access them i have the purchased icon displayed

Log out of your account, find the item in the itunes store, click buy, it will then prompt you to sign back in and will start downloading the item.  Also you may be able to trigger it by starting a download for a free item.

    Thanks for the question. I understand you are having issues with downloading a pre-ordered item. The following article outlines the procedure of pre-orders and redeeming the download:

     

    Downloading a pre-ordered item

     

    When a pre-order item becomes available, you will receive an email letting you know your pre-order is available for download.

     

    If you've enabled iTunes to automatically download prepurchased content, then your pre-order content may already be downloaded to your library. If not, simply click the download link provided within your email notification, and your pre-order content will begin to download. Alternatively you can use the "Check for Available Downloads" feature in iTunes on your computer by choosing Store > Check for Available Downloads to begin downloading your pre-order.
