If you're not able to connect to the iTunes Store on multiple devices, it's possible that the issue is isolated to your router or internet connection.
I'd suggest starting with the troubleshooting step from our Can't connect to the iTunes Store article:
- If you have a firewall, your settings may be preventing you from connecting to the iTunes Store. Follow these steps to configure your firewall.
- If the issue still persists, contact your Internet service provider and confirm that these ports and servers are enabled over your network.

My wife can start the iTunes Store with no problems over the same provider at our home (from her ipad, iphone or airbook). So it seems, that the ports and servers basically are proper working.
I do have the Problem using the network packet from my telefon company (which is a diffrent provider) as well.
