It's hard to figure what you're talking about.
If you want to increase you RAM, the answer is no. RAM is soldered to the logicboard and cannot be increased.
If you want to increase the size of your hard drive, depending on the version of your MacBook Air, you may be able to replace the original with a higher capacity unit. This can't be done by software.
I don't want to speculate any further, because you haven't provided any specifications for your Mac, i.e., MacBook Air version, hard drive type or size.
