Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

Oct 17, 2013 12:07 PM in response to Manishvarmaby wjosten,Or: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings...if you can get into settings to begin with. Either restoring as "new" using iTunes, or erasing the phone accomplish the same thing. Both remove the restrictions passcode.
