thank you. i spent an hour and a half on the phone with att. after submitting a ticket and bungling about with various, well - various, someone suggested getting a new sim card while i wait the 72 hours for the tech team to get back to me. it's like some phone equivalent of america's ninja warriors trying to get through to someone that knows what side is up over there.
i am realizing now that this issue had been reported to me by someone almost 2 months ago and i blew them off because i didn't see any missed incoming calls and i figured they were trying the wrong number.
i will await word from att and if i didn't think i would likely have bigger problems elsewehere i would probably switch.
oh the gold i have spent at att....
